The front desk staff was friendly and helped me with a smooth check-in process. The surrounding area is exquisite; the coffee and tea plantations were a sight to behold. My room was large and immaculate, the bed and bedding were soft, and I felt comfortable. I loved the food and beverages offered, especially on the rooftop; it was the best experience ever.
