From experience working in Beijing, Macau, and Amsterdam, Sicilian chef Nadia Frisina has returned home to run the brand-new St. Regis Venice kitchens. Gi’s Restaurant, named after the stunning Palladian cathedral of San Giorgio across the water, offers amazing canal-side seating where patrons can savor contemporary Italian fare.
The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods, including cold cuts, sweet fresh fruit, and excellent pastries. Additionally, a variety of cooked choices are offered.

The St. Regis Venice Reviews
The St. Regis hotel has the best location in Venice. Walking distance from the main shopping area and plaza. The staff at reception were so nice and polite and very helpful. The food was very delicious.
