Amare
Amare is a seafood restaurant across the resort housing, and guests enjoy their meals while listening to waves wash against the shore. The finest local produce is served at Amare. Fresh seafood and fish, grilled meats with extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, and a dash of rock salt, thinly sliced daily catch. Work with pistachios and shrimp.
Liolà
Liolà is a lovely location with an outdoor patio that overlooks the Sicilian coastline and a vibrant dining area that promotes and showcases locally handcrafted items. The eatery features a huge outside terrace with breathtaking clifftop views of the sea and its pizzeria.
Zagara
The elegantly designed Zagara restaurant, named after the fragrant orange blossom that fills the area with its smell, beautifully mixes Verdura’s natural beauty with its architectural elegance. Together with the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Fulvio Pierangelini has created an outstanding menu highlighting the island’s abundant natural produce, including olive oil, oranges, lemons, freshly caught fish, tomatoes, and much more. In addition, the menu is paired with a fine selection of Sicilian and foreign wines.
