Alfonso XIII was hired by the King of Spain to build a Luxury Collection Hotel to accommodate foreign dignitaries during the 1929 Exhibition. The hotel is conveniently situated in Santa Cruz’s historic district, close to the Reales Alcázares and Seville Cathedral.
Moorish details and the hotel’s distinctive architecture have been enhanced, exhibiting native Andalusian design and tradition to a new generation of tourists. From the lobby to the interior courtyard, the hotel’s beautiful design continues to be influenced by Sevillian design.
